Where Can I Find My User ID and Password for the Website?
  • Your User ID and Password can be found in your confirmation email that was sent to the principal’s e-mail address upon registration.

How Can I Add My Agency to the Trusted Choice® Agency Locator?
  • To be included in the Agency Locator, Trusted Choice® agencies must complete an Agency Profile with some basic information.
  • By doing so, consumers visiting the site can locate an agency by zip code, insurance lines written, company appointments/affiliations, and even languages spoken.
  • To create or update a profile, agencies should:
    • Locate your agency User ID and Password from your e-mail confirmation receipt.
    • Go to and enter User ID and Password.
    • Select “Update Your Profile” under "Important Links".
    • Proceed through the process until it notifies you that your profile has been updated, otherwise the data will not be saved.
    • Upon completion of your update it takes one business day for the system to update records.
    • You will not be listed on the consumer site until one day after you have successfully completed your profile update.
How Do I Enter My Branch Agencies?
  • The above steps for creating or updating a profile also must be taken for each branch agency that is added.
  • This can be done by the main office administrator or delegated to an administrator from each branch office.
My Advertising Agency Doesn’t Want to Use the Trusted Choice® Logo...
  • Trusted Choice® is not designed to take the place of your own agency branding efforts or advertising but should work in conjunction with it.

Why a Pledge of Performance?

Top brands share one key quality: a consistency of customer experience. To help create that consistency among the thousands of independent insurance agencies that participate in Trusted Choice®, we have adopted a Pledge of Performance. All members agree to the Pledge upon signing up for Trusted Choice®.

We encourage you to share this pledge with your customers and prospects, stabilizing your commitment to them as well as quality customer service.
As an IIAN Member and Trusted Choice® agency, you can benefit from using the Trusted Choice® logo.  The name and logo have been consumer tested, meaning that it resonates very well with your potential customers.
Consistency in how the logo is used is important to it's success.  Trusted Choice® has created a set of guidelines that must be followed.  The Trusted Choice® logo is not meant to replace your brand, but rather take the role of a stamp of approval along with your established identity.

Trusted Choice® Logo Usage Guidelines  
Things to Remember:

  • Never recreate or alter the Trusted Choice® logo
  • The primary Trusted Choice® colors are Pantone 287 (blue) and black
  • Only reproduce the Trusted Choice® logo in all blue, all black, blue and black, all white or metallic silver
  • Do not allow any other element to touch or interact with the logo
  • The Trusted Choice® font is Frutiger
  • Do not use a two-color logo on a non-white background

After each use of the Trusted Choice® mark, whether in text, signage, marketing materials, Web sites or other locations, the registration symbol must be used.

We can help with extending your branding and marketing efforts with Marketing Reimbursements. 

 Marketing Reimbursement

Your agency could receive up to $1,500 in reimbursement in 2016.  Agencies are eligible for up to $500 in reimbursement for using the Freedom Campaign advertising materials. Agencies are also eligible for an additional $500 in reimbursement for a digital upgrade using a web developer or Vendor. A website check-up conducted by the Trusted Choice® team is required to qualify for this tier.  Agencies are also eligible for an additional $500 in reimbursement by using the Trusted Choice® Digital Marketing campaign. Agencies new to the Trusted Choice® MRP Program and First Time Users are eligible for up to $250 in reimbursement for co-branding their website, printing promotional items, Business Cards, Letter head and other collateral items with the Trusted Choice® logo.
