Some job posting best practices:

• Old job posts (90 days or more) do not perform well on job boards.
  
• It is best practice to close out old jobs and post new ones
• If you have applicants in an old job posting you want to move to the new job, you can transfer the applicants to the new job
• We encourage you to turn off the "resume required" option
• ALWAYS include wage in your job posting if you want people to apply.
• Use the texting feature with CareerPlug Pro or Premium to get interviews scheduled in a snap! The faster you act, the lesser chance your applicant gets snatched up by another company.
