| Hiring new employees is a process that begs for face-to-face communication. Meeting your prospective workers in person seems to be the best way to build up a good team. However, due to current circumstances, that isn't really possible. Switching from in-person to online recruiting isn't exactly a walk in the park, and sometimes you may need assistance. After that, you should have both a virtual team-building process and an employee nurturing process to really help the new employee feel like they are part of the team. While remote work is convenient in some aspects, it's not as easy as it seems. Success takes lots of effort, even with things you may not have even realized. Click here to read the full article.
