IIAN Welcomes Brian Bradley as New Director of Member Engagement and Strategic Partnerships

Brian Full Size Pic.jpegLINCOLN, NE - Big “I” Nebraska is thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Brian Bradley, who joins the team as the new Director of Member Engagement and Strategic Partnerships. 

In this role, Brian will lead efforts to strengthen connections within the independent insurance agent community and help forge strategic partnerships to ensure growth for the association and our member agencies. 

Ann Ames, CEO of Big “I” Nebraska, expressed her delight in welcoming Brian to the team, stating, "Brian's genuine passion for our mission, coupled with his extensive experience and dedication, make him an invaluable addition to our organization. His collaborative spirit and commitment to serving our members will undoubtedly propel us forward in our efforts to support and empower independent insurance agents across Nebraska." 

With a rich history of involvement in the Big “I” community, Brian brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Having served on the IIAN Board of Directors and as the Legislative Committee Co-Chair, Brian has been a tireless advocate for independent agents' interests, locally and nationally. 

In addition to his recent leadership roles, Brian has also actively contributed to the development of future industry leaders as the chair of IIAN’s Nextgen Young Agents committee and his participation in numerous Big “I” National conferences reflects his dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. ​

Originally hailing from Possum Kingdom, South Carolina, Brian has proudly called Lincoln home for the past 16 years and is deeply honored to consider himself a Nebraskan and a Husker at heart. Brian is accompanied on this journey by his loving family, who share his enthusiasm for serving the independent insurance industry and are excited to embark on this new adventure together.
