SWOT Analysis & Agency Strategization

​Rather than just jumping back into the normal routine with everything reopening, you may benefit more by coming back with a stronger gameplan. A SWOT analysis may be of good assitance to you.

What is SWOT analysis? The SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats. A SWOT analysis is a good way to look through your company and see what you're dong right, but also what you could improve on.  What should be prioritized? What should your company focus on? That is what a SWOT analysis can show you.


Strengths

  • Start on a high note. What is your company doing right? What sets you apart? What are your highlights? Try to maintain these qualities.
Weaknesses
  • ​​What are things you could improve on? Sometimes, you need to just be honest and admit the shortcomings of your company so that you may imrpove on them.
Opportunities
  • There may be things that your company can take advantage of to continue its growth. Are you noticing them?​ Consider ways your company can continue to build.
Threats
  • There may be threats all around, from the market to even the entire industry. Make sure you keep your eyes open and see how you can adjust.

Now that you have done a SWOT analysis, use it to make a plan moving forward. Your company can grow even further, but it takes critical thinking and effort. Good decisions come to those who act, and now is a good time to take advantage of your business' comeback.
