 The Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska Board of Directors met last week for a strategic planning retreat at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Sioux City, Iowa. They reviewed the Association's 2024 Strategic Plan and assessed our progress in the areas of talent, training and technology over the past year. The board members worked together to create goals for the coming year, such as developing resources for IIAN members to train new hires, building leaders in our Nextgen chapter, or helping our member agencies grow and thrive using technology. The group had fun along the way dining together at Main + Abbey! Some even tried their luck at the casino. Big “I” Nebraska is excited to continue helping our members with recruiting, hiring and training new talent as well as attracting college students to careers in the independent agency system! |
