Total Expert Joins ACT

Total Expert, the customer engagement platform purpose-built for modern financial institutions, is the newest company to join the Big “I" Agents Council for Technology (ACT)

Total Expert powered nearly 40% of U.S. home loan volume in 2022 and has opened its platform to insurance agencies.

“To continue providing the personalized, trusted advisor role that their clients expect, independent agents need to sift through the huge amounts of customer data that agencies collect, while also providing communications and marketing directly informed by their clients' needs," says Chris Cline, ACT executive director. “ACT is spearheading industry solutions to help agents automate these processes and empower themselves to build deeper client relationships, and we're glad to welcome Total Expert as a partner on these endeavors."

Total Expert's platform creates comprehensive customer profiles that continuously aggregate behavioral, demographic and financial data, enabling insurance agencies to modernize their marketing processes and engage customers and prospects like never before. Insurers can leverage key customer data to understand where opportunities exist and quickly reach out using a library of customizable marketing assets and intelligent automation.

“Now is the time to invest in stronger customer relationships by leveraging data to obtain a competitive advantage," says Joe Welu, founder & CEO, Total Expert. “We're proud to help independent insurance agencies gain clarity around engaging with their customers—and ultimately grow their customer base and create lifelong relationships. We're excited to partner with ACT on its mission to champion technology that boosts sales productivity and help agents deliver better outcomes for their customers."
